The department of Telugu has celebrated Dr. C. Narayana Reddy birthday on 29th July 2022 in the college campus. During the programme, faculty of telugu department have reminded literary works of the great poet including poems, prose-plays, lyrical plays, translations, and ghazals. He was also a professor, lyricist, actor, and Rajya Sabha politician. Reddy was awarded the Jnanpith Award by the government of India in 1988.
