Vocational Courses Offered

Short term vocational courses of three months duration are introduced in the sectors of Engineering, Information Technology Commerce, Retail, Home Science, Animal Husbandry and other areas.

Objective: Providing training to students who are interested in acquiring job oriented skills and wish to join the workforce.

Vision:

•To provide diversification of educational opportunities.

•To reduce mismatch between the demand and supply of skilled manpower.

•To enhance individual employability.

Nine Courses started During the academic year 2014-15.

FEE STRUCTURE:

Engineering Courses – Rs. 600/-

Other Courses – Rs. 200/-

SYLLABUS: It is prescribed by the State Institute of Vocational Education is being followed.

PRACTICALS: On Job Training (OJT) and practical examinations are being conducted as per the schedule given by SIVE, Telangana.

EXAMINATION: At the end of the course the theory exam in the subject concerned will be conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana.

 CERTIFICATE: After the evaluation of the answer scripts the Board (BIE) declares the results and issues certificate to the students.

UTILITY OF THE COURSE: The courses have been designed as such that, trained students could start their own self employment or obtain employment in the respective sectors.

SUPPORT FROM COLLEGE:

• College is initiating efforts to obtain at least three certificate courses by the time student completes three year degree course.

• College is planning to facilitate to obtain loan for the students to start their self employment from various financial institutions like Minority Welfare Corporation, Nationalized Banks etc.

   Other Certificate Courses started by the College
