On 13th March 2024, students and staff of BJR GDC have parrticipated in the online Republic Day Summit – 2024. The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi addressed the Republic Summit 2024 in New Delhi. The theme of the Summit is Bharat: The Next Decade.

Students with great enthusiasm participed in the event. Dr Geetha Lakshmi Patnaik, Principal, has supervised the event in the college.
