On 11th July 2023, Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Babu Jagjivan Ram Government Degree College, Narayanaguda, Hyderabad organized Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Academic Leadership in Higher Education Institutions in collaboration with Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE). Prof. Y. Ramakrishna from IPE was the Resource Person for the Programme. He gave insights about the importance of Transformational Leadership and the need for adopting Leadership Development Models to motivate the students.
