On 16.09.2022, the department of chemistry has observed Ozone Day and organized awareness program on ozone day under the supervision of Smt. Vijaya Jyothi, Assistant Professor of Chemistry. The department conducted student seminars, poster presentations and power point presentations highlighting the importance of Ozone layer.

On this day, Students and teachers of the chemistry department have attended a webinar delivered by Prof. Saranya, EPTRI-TSPCB to bring out awareness among students on importance of Ozone layer.
