Financial support for DRC:

1. Each college of the district contributes Rs.5000/- or Rs.10000/- depending on the strength of that college. If the college has more than 1000 strength of the students, the college will contribute Rs.10000/- . If it has less than 1000 strength of student, it has to contribute Rs. 5000/-.

Benefit out of DRC

1. The pooled money by all the colleges will be with the DRC centre and it will reimburse to the colleges after conducting the DRC programmes in their particular colleges. When any college conducts a particular programme, the students and staff members of other colleges will be invited to get benefit out of the programme.
2. The teachers will be exchanged from one college to other college when there is a need.
3. The best facilities of a lab of a particular college will be utilized by the students of other colleges.
4. Whenever there is an extraordinary resource person comes from outside, the DRC of the particular college will invite the resource person who will extend his lecture/performance to all the students of the district.
5. The DRC conducts orientation/refresher courses for newly recruited/promoted teachers.
6. The DRC conducts various programmes in curricular/Co-Curricular and Extra-curricular activities.
7. Government City College being as DRC centre of Hyderabad district conducts various programmes with the cooperation of the other colleges.
