All the 1st year students are hereby informed to pay the 1st Year 1st Semester exam fee by mentioning the Hall Ticket Number only* ( Don’t write Dost ID) in Octopod  Semester Exam Fee online application form during the payment of 1st Semester Regular Examination fee , otherwise your application form will be rejected.

Everyone should submit Examination Application Form to your concern mentor.

From Monday onwards with the following documents:

3. Exam fee receipt
4. College fee receipt

DAY 01

Date: 18-03-2023

On first day of our camp we all gathered at our college by 12 pm and assembled there with our belongings.  We  reported to our NSS officers and started our journey from Narayanguda at 3 pm by RTC bus .  The bus reached to our destination (Lingareddyguda) by 5 pm. Lingareddyguda is a small village in located at Shabad mandal, Rangareddy district In the evening we inaugurated the Special camp   with  the sarpanch of Lingareddyguda Mr. Shekar Reddy and explained the purpose of NSS special camp and the activities that we were planning to  conduct during our stay for 7 days.

DAY 02

Date: 19-03-2023

On day 2 of our camp we  woke up early in morning and done physical exercises and meditation. Later at about 9:00 am we our breakfast and visited to Anganwadi and spoke interacted with the kids and the employes, talked about the facilities available and the basic needs. The students  conducted survey by talking to villagers of Lingareddyguda about the young people who discontinued their studies. The students stressed about girl education and disadvantages of early marriages. Later that day we had our lunch at noon. After completing our lunch we did tree plantations under HARITHA HARAM initiative.  In the evening we did yoga for some time and had group discussion and planning about the our further programs.

DAY 03

Date: 20-03-2023

In the early hours, as soon as we completed our daily activities we have gathered to visit a primary school in that village. The school premises were very small and there were only 13 students in that school. Later we interacted with the kids and the teacher . As part of our interaction some of our volunteers along with village sarpanch have motivated the children. Some if  the students took classed on Health and Hygiene .We have spent for almost 3 hours in that school. At noon we had our lunch. On that evening we did a survey and during the survey we encouraged the parents to join their kids into Government school, the benefits they get in these schools.  In the evening   we did swatch bharath  SWATCH BHARATH.

DAY 04

Date: 21-03-2023

In the wee hours, as soon as we completed our daily activities we started to interact with villagers by 10 am. This day is very crucial as we have planned to conduct a survey regarding literacy rate in the village. Later after getting the responses we gathered all the villagers at the panchayat office and interacted and  educated the villagers on issues like importance of higher education, child marriages, and cyber health and cyber crime that noon. Some members of our volunteers delivered the lectures on above mentioned topics. Apart from those topics, some of the students  give them ideas about small scale industries, which they can do within  their limited resources, also about the facilities provided by the government and how they can contribute to the village economy.

DAY 05

Date: 22-03-2023

On day 5 of our camp we have woke up early in morning and done our regular exercises and meditation. Today is UGADI THE NEW YEAR ACCORDING TO TELUGU CALENDER. This day, everybody dressed in traditional attire and celebrated UGADI with villagers.  There was also the  program of panchanga patanam in  the panchyath office, where all the villagers gathered to hear it. Later in the day Dr. VV. Mallika madam, Dr. Muniswamy sir visited our camp. In the evening the students had little cultural activates where they sang and danced for folk songs.

DAY 06

Date: 23-03-2023

This day is the most important day in our camp, so we have completed our morning activities very early and started our day by cleaning the entire premises of the primary school and anganwadi in that village. Later, that day after having our breakfast we started planting the saplings in the village along with the villagers till noon.

The lunch was sponsored by the surpanch,  just after a small nap, we have indulged ourselves, this evening in the cultural fest that mesmerized every volunteer, where the villagers also participated. This is the memorable evening to all of us.

DAY 07

Date: 24-03-2023

This day is the last day of our camp. We conducted the valedictory function, starting with  hoisted the Tricolour ,  then continued with student volunteers speaking about their experiences as to how they felt about the special camp. Later, asked the villagers to speak a few words about our students and the activities conducted during our stay in their village.  We officially ended our camp in the Lingareddyguda village with certificate distribution. With a great pleasure of service to the villagers and heavy hearts  we  board the RTC bus from the village to return back to city.
